Strip-Off Paint stripper

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Strip-Off is a multifunctional paint stripper for removing several layers of paint with one treatment.
Strip-Off has been specially developed for the removal of plastic and oil-based paint.
Strip-Off Is gel-shaped and can therefore adhere well and have a long effect on almost all surfaces.
Strip-Off is water-based and suitable for indoor use.

USE

Strip-Off can be used on concrete, stucco, granite, limestone, sandstone, masonry, wood, plastics, glass and metal.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Apply a thick layer of Strip-Off with a brush or roller.
2. Allow the product to work on the surface for 30 minutes up to 36 hours, depending on the temperature and amount of paint layers. Prevent the product from drying. With longer treatment times cover the surface with foil to prevent drying.
3. Jet the dissolved paint with high pressure (50-300 bar) and hot water (70-90°C). Work from bottom to top. Adjust the pressure according to the surface.
4. Scrape away the dissolved paint from fragile surfaces with a putty knife or plastic scraper.
5. After cleaning, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Strip-Off can be used in all dry weather conditions.

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Consumption is 1-4 m2/L, depending on the surface and amount of paint layers.

STORAGE AND STABILTY

Can be kept for at least 24 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a cool frost-free place.

Avoid inhalation, provide adequate ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact, wear suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety goggles. When in doubt, always consult the safety data sheet or our R&D department.
