Shipping & returning

When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, if in stock. This is with the exception of products on color code, which we try to deliver between 3-5 working days.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders under an amount of € 150,- we charge shipping costs of € 7,95 (excl. VAT).
For shipment to countries within Europe, we charge shipping costs of €14,95 (excl. VAT)

Returning
Do you have reason to use the right of withdrawal? When you use this right and you have notified us of your withdrawal, you will be given 14 days to return your products to us. However, some exclusions apply, including sealed products and products mixed in colour. For more information, see our General Terms and Conditions for Consumers.
MAVRO B.V. shall reimburse the payments within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal, provided that the consumer has fulfilled the obligations during the consideration period. Reimbursement shall be made on the basis of the same means of payment as used by the consumer.

File a complaint

It is of course very unpleasant if you have a complaint about a delivered product or our service.

We kindly ask you to submit your complaint via info@mavro-int.com or 0418 680 680.

We will look into the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

We will deal with your submitted complaint within 14 days, counting from the date you submitted your complaint.

Should it take longer, we will inform you.
