Mavrox® Topcoat
Mavrox® Topcoat is a high-quality weather resistant coating system for mineral surfaces. Mavrox® Topcoat is a durable coating based on silanized acrylates. The coating can be used inside and outside.
APPLICATION
Mavrox® Topcoat is used for the protection and restoring of old and new surfaces such as concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, drywall and old layers of paint both inside and outside. Mavrox® Topcoat is water-repellent and water vapor permeable. Mavrox® Topcoat is UV resistant and alkali-resistant.

PACKAGING
Units of 10 kg.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The surface must be free of grease, dirt, loose parts, cement skin, removal oil and curing compounds. Remove or secure strongly powdery surfaces. Apply Mavrox® Topcoat in a uniform, even layer. In case of air bubbles, casting holes or gravel nests and another small openings level the surface. After drying of the levelling layer (at least 48 hours) ground the levelling layer and apply the Mavrox® Topcoat in 1 or 2 layers by brush, roller or airless spraying. Maximum dilution of 5% water. Pressure 150-200 bar, nozzle 0.015 inch. In many cases, 1 layer is sufficient in some cases, a second layer may prove necessary.

Ambient temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Surface temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Relative humidity: maximum 85% and 3oC above the dew point
DRYING
Dust dry: 1 - 1,5 hours
Dry: after approx. 6 - 8 hours
Paintable: after 12 hours
Fully cured: after 4 - 7 days
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION
Consumption is 5-6 m2/kg, this depends on the absorption and porosity of the surface.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
In original unopened packaging at least 12 moths sustainable. Store in a dry, cool and frost-free place. Storage by temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
During application, avoid skin and eye contact. Wear protective clothing like gloves and safety glasses. Ensure good ventilation when used indoors. See the safety data sheet.
