Injection Cream
High-quality, solvent-free impregnating cream for horizontal sealing against rising damp in masonry walls
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Injection Cream is a high-quality solvent-free impregnation cream based on silane with 80% active ingredient content.
Injection Cream is ready for use and can be easily injected using a manual syringe or other injection techniques.
Injection Cream has an extremely high penetration depth (class II: >10mm) and forms an effective barrier against rising damp.
Injection Cream does not affect the water vapour permeability of the masonry.
Injection Cream meets the water absorption and alkali resistance requirements according to NEN-EN 13580:2002 and is also suitable for use as a hydrophobic agent on concrete.
USE
Injection Cream is suitable for injecting porous mineral building materials such as brick, sandstone and limestone. Can also be used on substrates with a high moisture content.
Injection Cream is also suitable for use as a hydrophobic agent on concrete.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation of boring holes
1. Drill holes 12 mm in diameter at 12 cm intervals along the mortar joint (approx. 8 holes per metre). Drill to a depth of approx. 2 cm before the end of the wall thickness.
2. Remove drill cuttings and dust.
Injection
1. Inject Injection Cream undiluted using suitable injection tools and a nozzle of suitable diameter.
2. Fill the boreholes up to approx. 2 cm from the opening and seal the boreholes with a waterproof filler immediately after injection.
3. Remove spilt product immediately with a moist cloth.
DRYING
Water resistant: 2 – 4 hours
Dry: 24 – 48 hours
PACKAGING
15 kg bucket
CONSUMPTION
Consumption in linear metres per kg based on 12 mm drill holes at 12 cm spacing:
