PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Floorguard Sealer is an effective waterborne sealer for making floors dust-free and abrasion resistant.
Floorguard Sealer ensures the optimal maintenance of porous floors due to a pore filling effect and excellent adhesion.
Floorguard Sealer is also suitable as a primer for polymer floor-wax such as FLOORGUARD POLYCRYL.

USE

Floorguard Sealer is suitable for all sorts of water resistant floors such as linoleum, vinyl, PVC, concrete and tiles.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure that the surface is completely clean, dry and dust-free.
2. Apply Floorguard Sealer undiluted on the surface and distribute the product with a roller, squeegee, low pressure spray evenly with a roller, squeegee or low pressure spray.
3. An extra later might be necessary on extreme absorbent surfaces.
4. Remove any excess material immediately with a lint-free cloth.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature: minimum 10°C
Substrate temperature: minimum 10°C
Relative humidity: maximum 80%

DRYING

Dust-free: approx. 1 hour
Dry: approx. 3 hours
Recoat-able: approx. 10 hours

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Consumption is 1-14 m2/L. Consumption is influenced by the absorbance and porosity of the surface.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

Can be kept for at least 12 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a cool, frost-free place.
