Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C

RODUCT DESCRIPTION

Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C is a universal, solvent-free 2-component repair mortar based on epoxy.
Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C is used for repairing concrete damage, filling cracks, protecting exposed rebar and many other similar applications.
Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C can be applied in a thick layer and is shrink-free

USE

Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C is used for repairing concrete with damaged reinforcing bars, gravel nests, non-moving cracks, subversion and many other similar applications.
Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C is also suitable for repairing walls or holes in wooden frames.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature: minimum 5°C.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, dust- and grease free.
2. Pre-treat surfaces with Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C.
3. Mix components A and B of Mavrox® EP Repair Mortar 2C intensively, preferably using an electric drill with mixing rod.
4. Apply the mixed repair mortar into the still wet primer layer using a clean trowel or a jointer trowel.

Consumption depends on the application.

STORAGE

Can be kept for at least 12 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a cool, frost-free place.
