PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AluClean is a highly efficient acidic aluminium cleaner for oil, soot, nicotine and heavy fouling on aluminium. AluClean removes oxides and gives the surface a nice glossy appearance.

USE

AluClean can be applied on aluminium and various other non-ferrous metals such as bronze, copper and brass. Do not use on electrolytically galvanized surfaces.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always do a test first
2. Apply AluClean with a low-pressure spray, brush or powersponge.
3. Rinse immediately using clean water and observe the cleaning effect.
4. Repeat the procedure and increase the dwell time by several minutes if necessary.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

AluClean can be used in all weather conditions, ensure proper ventilation during indoor use. Do not use in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Consumption is 5-10 m2/L. Consumption depends on the surface, oxide formation and nature- and degree of fouling.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

Can be kept for at least 24 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a cool, frost free place.

Avoid skin and eye contact, wear suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety goggles. If in doubt, always consult the safety data sheet or our R&D department.
