Payment Methods and delivery
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, if in stock. This is with the exception of products on color code, which we try to deliver between 3-5 working days.
How can I place an order at MAVRO?
You can place your order quickly and easily via our webshop (www.mavro-int.com/webshop). Of course you can always contact one of our technical advisors or our office staff. This can be done by telephone on: 0418 680 680 or send an email to [email protected]. You can of also send a WhatsApp message to 06 25 21 56 10.
Can I cancel an order?
This is possible if the order has not yet been picked up by the carrier. Do you want to cancel an order? Then contact us via [email protected] or call 0418 680 680.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders under an amount of € 150,- we charge shipping costs of € 7,95 (excl. VAT).
For shipment to countries within Europe, we charge shipping costs of €14,95 (excl. VAT)
Payments
Orders by phone, by e-mail or via our technical advisers must be paid to MAVRO within 30 days of the invoice date.
Payments options webshop orders
We think paying securely is very important and that you as a customer feel that you pay securely and reliably at MAVRO. We only work with payment providers that guarantee safety. With us you can pay your webshop orders by iDeal, Klarna, Creditcard, Paypal and Apple Pay.
We offer various payment options in our webshop. And of course, paying via the MAVRO webshop is safe! We only work with payment providers that guarantee security.
iDeal
Pay easily online through your own bank. We will immediately process the order when payment has been made with iDeal.
PayPal
To use PayPal you need a PayPal account. When you pay for your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
Apple Pay
On an iPhone, iPad and iMac, you can pay with Apple Pay on the web via Safari.
Bancontact
We offer the Bancontact payment option for our Belgian customers. You can easily pay in your own banking environment.
Credit card
Our webshop also accepts your favourite credit card; Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. Paying by credit card is completely free of charge.
Klarna (pay afterwards)
It is also possible to pay afterwards in our webshop with Klarna. As soon as we ship the order, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email. You then have 14 days to pay.
